Paula Roy
Paula Roy is Founder and President of PMRoy Consulting, where her mission is to prepare organizations and individuals for reaching the next level of performance and success.
Over the course of more than twenty-five years as an Organizational Development and Learning leader, Paula has designed and delivered comprehensive business and executive development programs in the staffing, fashion retail, manufacturing, and financial services industries.
A recognized expert in Behavioral Interviewing and in developing comprehensive selection strategies, Paula has implemented her methods in corporate environments and, in partnership with StaffingU, throughout the staffing industry. Since 1985, Paula has used a comprehensive project management system to develop the productivity and effectiveness of sales teams, project teams and executives, and to manage her own extensive project portfolio. Her expertise in project management has produced large-scale organizational change in wide-ranging topics from succession planning and executive development to Point-Of-Sale register system implementation.
Paula’s focus on coaching executives to higher performance has been a keystone in her method to improve business process and facilitate problem-solving efforts. Her ability to influence and guide long-term strategy, large-scale projects and manage details have produced notable results:
- Preparing a retail organization for growth from under 100 stores to over 400 in a three year period
- Guiding a business to 200% growth in revenue in 15 months
- Leap in development participation of executives from 15% to over 90% in just one year
- Internal promotion rate improved 22% over two years
- Implementation of high-level Leadership Development programs resulting in executive growth and business reorganization
Paula earned her degree in Management and Communication, and has completed extensive additional study and research in adult learning and behavioral assessment. She holds Certifications in seven globally recognized disciplines, including Gallup Q12, PDI Profilor, and Situational Leadership, and Senior Master recognition in three areas including Project Management, Face to Face Sales, and Management Systems.
She lives with her husband, Marc, in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
